Kansas does not have an in-state EDS Center of Excellence, but Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri — located just across the state line — is an EDS Society Center of Excellence. The University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City also has a genetics department. Western Kansas patients may consider programs in Colorado.
