About

I work with clients with chronic illness throughout the state of Georgia Virtually. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals on their journey towards emotional well-being and personal growth. I recognize the uniqueness of each client, and I firmly believe in tailoring a comprehensive and holistic approach that embraces emotional, physical, and spiritual wellness. Creating a safe and supportive environment is of utmost importance to me. My therapeutic style is characterized by its holistic nature, drawing from a wide range of approaches to suit your individual needs. Through my own personal struggles with anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and chronic illness, I discovered the healing power of therapy and holistic approaches. If you’re working through past trauma or distressing experiences, I offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) to help you heal in a deep and meaningful way. Life can feel overwhelming—whether you’re struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, past trauma, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. If you’re dealing with eating disorders, body image concerns, low self-esteem, trauma, anxiety, social anxiety, depression, perfectionism, chronic illness, or life transitions, you’re not alone. I’m here to walk alongside you with compassion, helping you navigate life’s challenges in a way that honors your mind, body, and spirit. At the core of my work is creating a safe, supportive space where you feel seen and valued.

EDS Healthcare in New Jersey

New Jersey has no in-state EDS Center of Excellence. Mount Sinai South Nassau Chiari EDS Center in Oceanside, New York is the nearest Center of Excellence for northern New Jersey patients. The NYIT EDS/Hypermobility Treatment Center is also accessible from northern New Jersey. Southern New Jersey patients can access CHOP and Penn State Health's EDS Program in Pennsylvania.

New Jersey's location is actually an advantage — most residents are within 1-2 hours of multiple EDS programs in New York and Pennsylvania. The main challenge is navigating out-of-state insurance coverage and choosing among the available programs. Central New Jersey patients have access to both New York and Philadelphia options.

Finding Mental Health for EDS

Look for a therapist who has worked with chronic illness patients and understands that EDS-related anxiety and depression often have physical triggers, not just psychological ones.
