We are an integrative, functional neurotherapy practice and have been doing this work over 30 years near Memphis, TN. I am a master’s level psychologist, licensed massage therapist (Craniosacral 1 and TMJ/headache massage) and frequency specific microcurrent provider. I have EDS hypermobility and utilize my FSM knowledge and technology to minimize pain, vascular health and vagal health that are my weak areas due to EDS. Our Frequency Specific Microcurrent leader, Dr. Carol McMakin also has EDS and spends a good bit of time exploring, teaching and treating EDS. In our hands-on trainings we find that EDS is far more common than we are often told. I find that in my practice as well. When people present with chronic pain, or young people with acute pain, I assess using the beighton score and we then use the Frequency Specific Microcurrent according to their presentation to bring down their pain and support/strengthen their weak systems. I also address lifestyle with my clients as an Epigenetic Wellness Coach. My husband is a PhD neuropsychologist and Diplomate in Quantitative EEG. We use Neurofeedback and Neurostimulation to retrain the brain and nervous system for many conditions from anxiety and ADHD to chronic pain, traumatic brain injury recovery, stroke recovery and PTSD. We love to treat in-person in our office but we are also able to treat remotely if clients are willing to invest in a home microcurrent unit called the iCare pad. Only FSM trained providers can purchase that pad because, as all true FSM, it must be programmed for each unique person. This is highly individualized care. That is what makes it so effective. We do free phone consultations to see if we are a good fit and to see if we are your next best step. We are far more interested in getting people the help they need than getting new clients, so if we are not your next best step, we will refer you to who is.
