Wandering Pine Wellness
Gina Romero, LICSW, LCSW Therapist | Founder of Wandering Pine Wellness As a therapist living with Hypermobile Spectrum Disorder (HSD), fibromyalgia, and psoriatic arthritis (PsA), I bring both personal understanding and clinical expertise to my work. I specialize in supporting adults with ADHD, chronic illness, and trauma, and I’m deeply familiar with the complex overlaps between ADHD, Autism, EDS, and related conditions. My practice is neurodiversity-affirming, offering holistic ADHD and Autism assessments alongside trauma-informed therapy. I’ve seen powerful progress in my clients with chronic illness through EMDR and integrate a range of approaches, including ACT, CPT, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to meet each client where they are. Licensed in WA, NV, and CO, I offer virtual therapy and assessments that honor the lived realities of neurodivergent and chronically ill individuals. Wandering Pine Wellness
I’m Lexi Thomas (she/her), a therapist offering therapy for teens and young adults across Las Vegas and throughout Nevada. I specialize in supporting neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ clients through the ups and downs of their teenage years and early adulthood. I work with clients who are navigating some of life’s toughest transitions; figuring out who they are, how they relate to others, and how to manage the pressures of the world around them. My passion lies in helping neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ teens and young adults feel safe enough to explore deep topics, express their emotions, and develop a deeper sense of self without the pressure to mask or meet anyone else’s expectations.
