I teach yoga for Bendy People on the first Sunday of every month at Vantage Health and Fitness Collective. The yoga classes are all about feeling into our bodies and learning how to adapt yoga for a hypermobile body. Spoiler alert! The emphasis will NOT be on stretching! It will be on stability and proprioceptive awareness. I teach in a trauma informed way, and I also add a healthy dose of healing shame, finding self love, and faith in ourselves. I also care for people’s bodies through Thai bodywork. I specialize in Thai for Bendy people. I have specific ways of supporting them and knowing what to stretch and what not to stretch, and how to make them feel better.
