I am a sports physical therapist locally trained in Hampton Roads with sports physical therapy residency and EDS ECHO training. I graduated from ODU DPT in 2023 and practiced for a year locally treating in general orthopedics and sports medicine before applying into residency to further specialize in sports medicine. I graduated from Riverside Health’s Sport’s Physical Therapy Residency in August 2025. I have a special interest in treating EDS/HSD in athletes, but also enjoy working with other ability levels. I believe in meeting patients where they are and tailoring treatment to the individual to help you reach whatever goals you may have. Note: I will begin seeing patients at this location December 2nd, 2025.
