Danielle empowers clients to manage chronic illness and serves as a catalyst for behavioral change as a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Root Cause Protocol Consultant, Qualified MBSR Teacher, and energy worker certified in Reiki and Medical Biomagnetism & Bioenergetics. She is passionate about finding the root cause of disease, how stress, emotion, energy and consciousness develop into illness, and the prevention/reversal of disease through the practice of evidence-based functional and lifestyle medicine, with the tools of nutrition, herbs, exercise, clean living, mindfulness, and energy psychology. Danielle has 11 years’ experience as a Wellness, Stress, & Energy Consultant, working with clients in-person throughout the New York City metropolitan area and virtually across the globe. As a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, Certified Wellcoach, and Certified Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Danielle partners with clients to help identify their strengths and intrinsic motivations, creating self-directed sustainable SMART goals aligned with their personal values. As living with chronic illness is a full-time job, health coaching offers support in creating manageable pathways forward, organizing decisions, and transforming care plans into regular habits. Danielle provides unwavering support, guidance, and accountability in a collaborative and compassionate way, navigating the change process with you from start to finish. Since 2021, Danielle has worked towards completing the MBSR Teacher Training Certificate at Brown University and has reached the level of Qualified MBSR Teacher. With almost 25 years’ dedication to daily meditation, she continues to deepen her practice of dharma as a student and teacher of mindfulness, meditation, growth mindset, gratitude, and kindness. She offers regular info sessions, meditation drop-ins, MBSR 8-week courses, and private classes specifically tailored for people navigating hypermobility, comorbidities related to EDS, and chronic pain & fatigue. Danielle serves as an advocate for Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and related comorbidities including Dysautonomias (POTS) and Mast Cell Diseases (MCAS). She was selected to participate in The Ehlers-Danlos Society’s EDS ECHO Healthcare Student Program for 2025.
