Lauren is a mental health therapist who has personal lived experience being diagnosed with hEDS, POTS and other chronic health conditions. She is also autistic and ADHD and specializes in neurodivergence and works with individuals to manage chronic pain. Seeing therapy clients in CA and Coaching clients worldwide. Lauren uses somatic practices to build mindfulness and reduce dissociation as well as support clients in reducing the brain’s pain signals (yes the brain plays a role in how much pain we feel!)
