Hello! I’m Teddy – I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist providing Telehealth therapy in CA. I specialize in queer-, trans-, and neurodiversity-affirmative therapy. My approach is rooted in a social-justice, anti-oppressive, affirming, and trauma-informed lens. Working from the social model of disability, I combine talk therapy with support, tools, and accommodations for navigating neurodivergence, disability, and other marginalized identities in a world often not designed to meet our needs. I received my Masters Degree in Counseling with an option in Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Northridge and my Bachelor’s Degree in Theater with an emphasis in design and production from University of California, Los Angeles.
