Studio P3, LLC

About
Kasi Horton is a Shreveport-Bossier native and graduate of Bossier Parish Community College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program. She was first introduced to the world of movement and rehabilitation while working in the fitness industry during the COVID-19 pandemic, later becoming a Certified Pilates Instructor through Balanced Body while living in Tyler, Texas. After returning to Shreveport, Kasi began working at Studio P3, where she discovered her passion for physical therapy and helping patients move better, feel stronger, and return to the activities they love. She is certified in Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) through PESI and holds additional certifications in Muscle Energy Techniques. She has completed extensive continuing education in neurological physical therapy interventions for autonomic dysfunction, including conditions such as Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). Kasi is also an Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (EDS)-informed practitioner with training from the EDS ECHO Allied Health Professionals program and MedBridge. Her clinical focus is on addressing functional movement deficits, promoting long-term stability, and empowering patients with the tools they need to reclaim their independence and quality of life. Kasi takes a neuromuscular re-education approach in her treatment plans, combining evidence-based strategies with individualized movement interventions. She also offers general wellness private Pilates sessions tailored to a wide range of abilities. Currently, Kasi is in the process of launching a nonprofit organization aimed at subsidizing access to fitness classes and personal training for individuals with hypermobility and autonomic dysfunction. The organization will also provide educational resources and continuing education for fitness professionals who work with hypermobile populations.
