At Stone Counseling & Consulting Services, we are dedicated to helping you achieve your mental health and wellness goals. Based in Longwood, Florida, our practice offers holistic therapy and professional consulting tailored to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking individual counseling, clinical supervision, professional consulting, and/or custom, we’re here to help you every step of the way! Becky personally lives with hEDS. She (finally) got her diagnosis after approximately 25 years of experiencing symptoms, researching, self-advocating, battling the related exhaustion (mental/emotional and physical), and dealing with the associated life impacts. She understands how difficult living with chronic health conditions can be and all that comes along with it, and she’s here to help. Becky enjoys working with a diverse range of clients. She provides a safe environment for people to be open about their life experiences and concerns and fosters the ability for clients to grow and achieve their goals. Identifying clients’ personal strengths and abilities is a very important part of counseling, and Becky will work with clients to utilize their innate assets to overcome challenges. Becky believes there is no “one size fits all approach” to counseling, as each client and their concerns are unique. While Becky’s primary treatment modality is based in cognitive-behavioral therapy (an evidence-based best practice therapy), she is an eclectic therapist, integrating or borrowing many aspects of other treatment modalities and techniques, creating a truly custom whole-person approach for each client.
