As a therapist who is on the spectrum with hypermobility, I’m interested in working with and finding ways of helping others with hypermobility to reduce pain patterns and break spasm cycles. I am a clinical massage therapist of 18 years with a background using assessments, brain-based movement therapy, kinesiotaping, and both toning and relaxing of specific muscles to bring alignment to the body, down-regulate the nervous system and leave clients feeling balanced at the end of each session. No two people are alike, so neither are my sessions, which are customized to client goals and desired outcomes. Clients should wear gym-type attire so we can work both on and off the table.
