Sarah received her Bachelor of Education degrees in Athletic Training and Exercise and Sport Science from The University of Georgia. After working as an athletic trainer, she went on to earn her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mercer University in 2017. She returned to her hometown of Atlanta in 2022 after working in Auburn, Alabama, where she served as Clinic Director of an outpatient physical therapy practice. Sarah takes a holistic and individualized approach to care, addressing the whole person rather than just their diagnosis. She specializes in working with individuals with connective tissue disorders such as Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Hypermobility Spectrum Diseases, autoimmune disorders, performing artists, and patients with chronic pain and myofascial pain syndromes. Her background also includes sports medicine, injury prevention, and optimizing movement for people across all life stages. She is a Certified Dry Needling Practitioner through Myopain Seminars, has provided guest lectures on Cupping and Myofascial Decompression, and is a STOTT Pilates trained rehabilitation practitioner. Sarah integrates manual therapy, movement retraining, nervous system regulation, and patient education to empower her clients in achieving resilient, sustainable health.
