Provenance Rehabilitation offers one to one physical therapy services in a private setting with specialization in pelvic health and chronic pelvic pain, IC, endometriosis, pregnancy and post partum, GI, bowel, bladder, and sexual function complaints. We have extensive experience with patients with hypermobility spectrum disorder/EDS, dysautonomia/POTS, MCAS, and the treatment of myofascial and connective tissues.
