I am a Washington state psychotherapist with experience in working with the complexities of EDS and HSD. When someone has chronic health challenges, it can be difficult to observe and think about one’s experience. I am available to help patients do just that, including working with someone’s team to try to determine which issues need to be addressed in psychotherapy and which issues are more closely related to the physical aspects of EDS (including dysautonomia, which can be mistaken for psychological issues, insomnia, etc.).
