Alex has a decade of dedicated practice in helping clients reconnect with orthopedic wellness, management of chronic/ persistent pain, and performance management. Alex is a graduate of Stony Brook University’s Doctorate of Physical Therapy Program. He went on to obtain his Certification in Functional Manual Therapy with the Institute of Physical art. A four year examination process that he completed with High Honors. In 2022 he became a board certified specialist in Orthopedics. To complement his formal training, Alex brings a unique skill set in helping patients manage their symptoms associated with EDS. Alex has a keen understanding of guiding patients through activity progressions. His collaborative style allows for helping patients scalemovements to best meet the needs for function and/or performance. Alex integrates his hands on approach with mindfulness, integrated breathing therapies, and therapeutic Qi Gong.
