I’m passionate about helping individuals with EDS and the interconnected triad of MCAS, and POTS understand the root causes behind their complex symptoms. Having personally recovered from this triad myself, I recognize that these conditions aren’t separate problems but interconnected expressions of disrupted cellular energy and environmental mismatch. My approach focuses on addressing EDS as the foundational connective tissue instability that often triggers the immune hyperreactivity of MCAS and autonomic dysfunction of POTS. Rather than just managing symptoms, I work with clients to restore their body’s bioenergetic capacity through environmental optimization, including light therapy, EMF mitigation, and circadian rhythm support. As a Board Certified Quantum Biology Practitioner, I believe every person deserves to understand their body’s incredible capacity for healing when given the right environmental conditions. Through education and individualized care, my clients gain the knowledge and tools needed to break free from the cycles that keep them trapped in chronic illness. Services include environmental assessments/mitigation, red light therapy, and personalized education and coaching protocols. Based in Portland, Oregon, serving clients nationwide.
