About
I am a licensed mental health therapist, certified substance use counselor in California, Oregon, and Washington, and an approved clinical supervisor in Oregon, and Washington as well as a National Certified Counselor. I’m also a yoga teacher and draw from a hyper-mobile informed yoga practice. I’ve spent nearly a decade in community mental health and nonprofit co-occurring treatment and leadership. My practice moved toward chronic illness therapy after I was diagnosed with MS in 2019, I’m also a hEDS zebra with MCAS, Dysautonomia, and accompanying disorder stars across the chronic constellation. I use my experience in practice at times and will share with you when it’s useful.
