I use simple and subtle manual techniques and minimal and gentle acupuncture to realign tissues and joints, soften tension, and allow for proper coordination and strength in movement. My techniques are extremely effective in managing complex and chronic pain in any amount, anywhere in the body, as well as preventing future injury and contributing to an overall sense of stability and security in moving through the world.
