About
Inspire Health is a multi-disciplinary practice that offers physical therapy, Pilates, massage and nutrition services. We work with numerous individuals with a formal diagnosis of hEDS or who meet criteria for Hypermobility Spectrum Disorder on a daily basis. Keeping the unique needs of individuals with connective tissue differences in mind, we seek to better help our clients manage pain, pelvic floor dysfunction, and prevent injuries. Your injury or condition may be the same as someone else, but your body, needs and goals are all unique—your treatment approach should be too. PT at Inspire is always one on one in order to provide you with the most personalized treatment. All of our physical therapists have taken additional courses in various hypermobility syndromes, scoliosis, and connective tissue/fascial health. Additionally, all of our PTs are trained in STOTT Pilates and participate in workshops focused on using movement to better manage hypermobility.
