We all confront challenges in life, but EDS/HSD can touch every part of your life. Others may not understand the pain or challenges you experience. This can feel especially isolating when friends, family, and medical providers do not understand all the ways EDS/HSD can impact your functioning and your life. It is difficult when your body holds you back from doing the things your heart and mind want to achieve. Hudson Counseling Clinic- led by Dr. Sarah Robinson-Hudson- has a team of EDS- ECHO certified mental health counselors who are ready to support you. Our clinicians have diverse areas of focus- some focus on individual therapy, while others offer couple’s counseling or art therapy. All of us will believe you and we strive to support and empower you on your diagnostic and medical odyssey. Dr. Sarah focuses on understanding you as a whole person through the use of Adlerian theory and specializes in serving neurodivergent people who are intellectually gifted.
