Dr. Patricia Reynolds is a board-certified Doctor of Physical Therapy specializing in pelvic health, vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, and orthopedics. She earned her Doctorate from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Her interest in physical therapy began as a Red Cross volunteer at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, where she saw the positive impact of therapy on patient recovery. Certified as a Pregnancy and Post-partum Corrective Exercise Specialist (PCES), Dr. Reynolds focuses on pelvic floor issues, including incontinence and pelvic pain, and supports pre- and postpartum care. She also treats hypermobility related orthopedic conditions (very familiar with exercising with hEDS, MCAS POTS overlap) , vestibular dysfunction, post-concussion syndrome, and orthopedic conditions. At Forever Fit Physical Therapy & Wellness, Dr. Reynolds integrates manual therapy, EMG biofeedback, and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient outcomes. She holds additional certifications in Adult Bladder and Urinary Incontinence, Orthopedic Excellence: The Spine, Myofascial Manipulation, and is an LGBTQIA+ Safe Zone Clinician.
