I have been a Health and Pain Psychologist for over 30 years, specializing in behavioral medicine modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral, Somatic and Trauma Informed Therapies; as well as Biofeedback and Vagal Regulation. I am additionally licensed in Eastern Medicine, Acupuncture, Energetics and Herbal Medicine. My practice integrates mind and body approaches focusing on the whole person, curating a therapeutic plan to meet the needs of the individual. I work closely with interdisciplinary treatment teams, maintaining ongoing communication and collaboration. I’ve had a great deal of experience working with EDS and associated syndromes, amongst many other chronic conditions. I aim to deeply understand and truly honor each and every patient, and provide the tools and support necessary to navigate the challenges of living with EDS. My role with clients goes beyond therapist, it is also ally, partner and advocate in their healthcare, empowering and helping clients restore safety in their bodies, relationships, and in the world.
