As a licensed psychotherapist (LMHC) living with Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, I have a profound understanding of the unique challenges that accompany this condition. My lived experience, advocacy, and ongoing education informs my practice as I specialize in supporting individuals with EDS, combining empathy with professional expertise to enhance our therapeutic relationship and work. In addition, I offer compassionate care and resources for neurodivergent (ADHD/AUDHD) clients, empowering them to develop effective strategies for nervous system regulation and the integration of somatic tools into their everyday lives. My goal is to foster a safe and inclusive environment where individuals can explore their challenges, cultivate self-awareness, and ultimately build resilience and well-being.
