I have been a Licensed Acupuncturist in Washington state since 1994, specializing in acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition and integrative/functional medicine. My approach blends the wisdom of Asian medicine with a holistic, evidence-based approach to support optimal well-being. Acupuncture: I utilize Neuropuncture, a neuroscience based acupuncture system, integrating electro-acupuncture and myofascial release techniques with Asian medicine meridian theory. Additionally, I am trained in acupuncture point injection therapy, which uses procaine, to help release myofascial trigger/motor points. My acupuncture practice focuses on treating acute and chronic pain conditions as well as neurological, mood, digestive and gynecological disorders. Functional/Integrative Medicine: I'm certified in the Wahl's Protocol (trained by Terry Wahls, MD), as well as the Bredesen Protocol (ReCODE level 1 taught by Dale Bredesen, MD). I utilize evidence-based interventions, with a practice focus on treating preventative cardiology, chronic fatigue syndrome, prevention/treatment of cognitive decline, insulin resistance/pre-diabetes, EBV and other chronic infections, MCAS, long covid, IBS/SIBO, hormonal support as well as disease prevention.
