In addition to psychotherapy, educational coaching is available to those seeking to gain knowledge and support surrounding [hypermobility and EDS](https://www.crescentcitypsychotherapy.com/hypermobility-eds). Averie’s understanding of EDS and co-occurring conditions continues to deepen. She was grateful to learn from leading experts in the Ehlers-Danlos Society’s EDS ECHO Clinicians and Allied Health programs and honored to become the first EDS ECHO provider in Louisiana in 2024. The rest of the team at Crescent City Psychotherapy and Wellness is currently matriculating in EDS ECHO programs. With a goal of advocating, spreading awareness, and growing a network of EDS-informed providers, Averie also offers continuing education courses and professional consultation to mental health and healthcare providers.
