Being diagnosed with hEDS at 9 years old, I’ve amassed a lot of information on EDS and tested a lot of things myself! Acupuncture and exercise gave me the most relief personally- so I made the switch from pharmacy to help people holistically heal. I have a large client base of EDS folks and have a group of trusted practitioners as well, if more support is needed. I also have an infrared sauna, which works wonders for supporting EDS through detox and lowering inflammation and muscle tension.
