Christina is a registered dietitian nutritionist based in Rhode Island. As her practice is fully Telehealth, she is licensed in several states, and able to work with individuals located in multiple locations throughout the U.S. Christina is passionate about helping and empowering others with their nutrition goals, from managing symptoms of medical conditions including Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, to nourishing and caring for themselves in ways that are aligned with their unique values and needs. Christina is also a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and enjoys supporting individuals with cultivating and maintaining a peaceful relationship with food and body. Christina values providing compassionate, evidence-based, inclusive care to all individuals. From years of both navigating her personal chronic illnesses and working with others, Christina understands that there are many obstacles and complexities that individuals may face. She appreciates every opportunity to listen and learn about the unique experiences of each human, and offers the utmost support, and nutrition education and guidance for navigating each season of life.
