With a client-centered approach Carie blends therapeutic techniques, including EMDR, to address anxiety, chronic health conditions, and the impact of trauma. As a counselor with lived experience with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, POTS, and MCAS she is passionate about helping others navigate life with these conditions while reaching for the fullness of life they deserve. Through in-person sessions, Carie empowers individuals within the Fort Worth, Aledo, and Weatherford areas to embrace self-discovery, healing, and personal transformation. Telehealth is provided for those living anywhere in Texas. She accepts insurance.
