Blair Lord, LCSW
About
I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles with over 10 years experience providing mental health therapy. I am focused on holistic and practical approaches to care through a blend of talk therapy, nutrition, energy management, biofeedback, and nervous system regulation. In sessions, I focus on building positive relationships with clients and understanding how their nervous system has responded in times of danger and safety. Together, I work with clients to build pathways forward, to heal and nurture your nervous system into a state of wellness and connectedness. I received my Master of Social Work Degree with a concentration in mental health from West Virginia University in 2011. In 2021 I went on to complete a certificate from the Polyvagal Institute for Foundations in Polyvagal Informed Practice. Outside of private practice I have worked as a director in a social justice non-profit, addiction researcher, residential reentry therapist, and criminal-legal reform advocate. I work with people across California with chronic illness, neurodivergence, chronic pain, anxiety, depression, and trauma. I have EDS and have a deep passion for working with others in the chronic illness community.
