Andrea L Herrst DC PLC

About
As a hypermobile person herself, Dr. Herrst has a special passion for ensuring that hypermobile people and those with EDS receive the gentle manual medicine care that will help them thrive. Her practice focuses on primary chiropractic care, homeopathy, craniosacral therapy, auriculotherapy and Mayan Abdominal Massage, all of which can be of great benefit to the person looking to stabilize their body and move through the world confidently. Believing that the body prefers to be invited and not told to move, Dr. Herrst has spent the last seventeen years perfecting gentle manipulation techniques that are well tolerated by most hypermobile individuals and combining that with strengthening exercise. She has special training in women’s health and is particularly interested in pelvic organ positioning for hypermobile people and the effects of pelvic hypermobility on fertility, pregnancy, birth and post-partum recovery.
