I am a mental health counselor in Minnesota. My focus is on providing therapeutic support and trauma recovery to individuals experiencing disability and/or chronic illness. I practice through an identity-affirming lens, welcoming all to share their trials and triumphs in a setting honoring the lived experiences of those with EDS, POTS, MCAS, and associated comorbidities. I am a pro-insurance therapist who accepts most insurance plans.
