Abide Physical Therapy is a concierge performance training company located in the east valley of Phoenix, AZ. Abide helps individuals to be successful at moving beyond their expectations with a focus on having a decrease in pain and increase in function. We do this because it saves patients time and money in order to experience a decrease in visit sessions for individuals desiring to remain engaged with their family members, work pain free and journey through life with increased ease. At Abide, we focus on a “top-down approach” – treating the whole body and not solely an individual’s symptoms. At Abide, we specialize in the treatment of various neuromuscular conditions such as HDS/EDS/POTS, orthopedic and sports related injuries and the pelvic floor. At Abide, we specialize in manual therapy consisting of: joint mobilizations and manipulations, craniosacral, neuromeningeal and visceral manual therapy, cupping, therapeutic stretching, myofascial massage and dry needling.
