My name is Lauren Gulla, I’m a licensed mental health counselor (LMHC). One of my key areas of focus is helping individuals break free from harmful coping mechanisms like substance abuse, eating disorders, and self-harm. My overarching goal is to enhance the overall quality of life for my clients.
