College Hill Pilates and Physical Therapy exteriorCollege Hill Pilates and Physical Therapy LLC is a private practice physical therapy clinic and a Pilates studio located at 5838 Hamilton Avenue in Cincinnati’s historic College Hill neighborhood. Physical therapy services are provided by Dr. Mindy Nagel, PT, DPT, OCS and Dr. Joe Anneken, PT, DPT, OCS. Our PT practice is cash-based (also known as direct-pay), meaning that we do not bill to insurance. However, patients can submit their receipts to insurance to request reimbursement as their individual health insurance plans allow. We seek to create a community atmosphere where people can come together to focus on health and well-being in a comfortable and safe space. In addition to one-on-one Pilates sessions at our studio, we host weekly group Pilates, yoga, and Tai Chi classes. Conway Physical Therapy, LLC
Cincinnati, OH · Physical Therapy
Conway Physical Therapy offers a compassionate environment for patients with HSD/EDS to receive specialized physical therapy care. The primary physical therapist, Jessica Conway, PT, DPT, CIDN, has completed the EDS ECHO training for Allied Health Professionals and is certified in the Finding Functional Foundations (FFF) treatment methodology, both of which are offered through the Ehlers-Danlos Society. Developed by Susan Chalela, MPT, the FFF approach is a whole-body program designed to improve posture and stability from the “ground up”, and the aim is to reduce stress on passive and neurovascular structures using techniques based on the latest research on neuroplasticity. Jessica is passionate about providing a space where patients with HSD/EDS can have their concerns validated and addressed without judgement. She also offers a variety of additional resources, drawing from her training through the Ehlers-Danlos Society. Pelvic Health physical therapy is also offered at this clinic by another practitioner.
