Playwell Collective Inc
Playwell Collective is an integrative community-based occupational therapy practice based in Fresno, California. All services are provided within the home or in the community, where we believe you can grow where you are, no matter the diagnosis. In the home and community, your culture, routines and roles can be understood and upheld. At Playwell, relationship always comes first and we use a trauma-informed approach that encourages connection and co-regulation over compliance. Behavior is always viewed with curiosity and compassion. We use neuroscience to guide our interventions and the literature says the brain learns best through play! Play is the most essential part of childhood, and is the primary occupation of children. We value all individuals and strive to be a neuro-diversity affirming practice that encourages self-advocacy and double empathy. What We Do We offer a variety of trauma-sensitive, culturally appropriate, community-based occupational therapy services. Services focus on prevention, early intervention, school-based, workplace readiness, and integrative community services for children/youth, with the primary emphasis on developing emotional resiliency and mental well-being. Playwell uses evidence-based, trauma-sensitive, relationship-focused, and play-based occupational therapy programs (examples of specific interventions include Trust Based Relationship Intervention [TBRI], sensory integration, interoception, mindfulness, expressive arts/crafts, DIR Floortime, Safe and Sound Protocol [SSP]). Services for older children have an emphasis on pre-vocational and community readiness skills such as cooking, meal planning, budgeting, using public transportation, finding healthy leisure interests, improving organizational/study skills, and healthy lifestyle habits. Our co-founder, Sarah, is an occupational therapy practitioner with lived experience. She does pediatric and adult treatment and consulting. We also have a clinical feeding specialist who is knowledgeable about the EDS population and feeding challenges.

Diana Solomon Lactation
I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant and I can help families with all forms of EDS (including rare forms) prepare to feed their babies. I have personal experience with this and also have chronic low milk supply. I encourage families to begin working with me before the baby is born. There is so much planning we can do to help things go more smoothly in the postpartum period, and with breastfeeding, this can make a big difference to outcomes due to the hormonal response immediately after birth. Of course I also see patients who first find me after their baby is born and there is still a lot we can do to make feeding feel more comfortable and sustainable with Ehlers-Danlos and its accompanying conditions. I can help with all aspects of infant feeding, whether a family is direct breastfeeding, pumping, combo feeding, or exclusively giving donor milk or formula. I provide non-judgmental care and support my patients however they feed their babies. Parental mental health is a passion of mine and I strive to help each family find a feeding plan that works for them. I accept many US insurance plans and should be in network with almost all plans by late winter 2026. My certification is international, so I can see patients from anywhere in the world online. I am just starting my clinical education of EDS but have many insights from my personal experience. If I don’t know the answer to something, I will work hard to find it. In 2026 I will be participating in three seminar series from EDS Echo, including the one for pediatrics, and I will also attend the EDS Society Female Health Summit. I have a bachelor’s in English and French literature from the University of Chicago and speak Portuguese (fluent), French (advanced), and Spanish (conversational). Please contact me if you are interested in having an appointment in one of these languages. You can follow me on Instagram and TikTok @diana.lactation, where I post about EDS, chronic pain, and low milk supply. I also run the Facebook group Pregnancy, Breastfeeding, & Baby Feeding: Chronic Illness & Ehlers-Danlos. Please see my website to book with me and for information on my free EDS, hypermobility, and chronic pain infant feeding support group.

Relationship Solutions Center, P.C.
Here at Relationships Solutions Center, we believe the foundation of your mental, emotional, psychological, and physical health is self-esteem. You might wonder, how we came to this conclusion and how we are defining and thinking about self-esteem? We believe self-esteem is defined as the level of value and worth you assign yourself. This goes hand-in-hand and has a reciprocal relationship with self-confidence – believing yourself to be competent and capable. We have found a helpful metaphor, is to visualize self-esteem as the foundation of a house. The rooms that are built upon a strong foundation are healthy, secure and stable. Those rooms include your physical health, your level of success at school and/or work, your level of success at managing your physical living space, daily tasks of life and your relationships with others. While there are environmental factors such as financial stressors, frequent moves and/or the quality of parental interactions and relationship that help determine the strength of your foundation; there might also be biological or medical issues – yours or others (e.g. temperament, parent’s mental health, ADHD) that impact the foundation and stability of your home. You might have noticed that we believe YOU are responsible for judging and determining your level of self-esteem. YOU have influence, power and control. This is an important concept, as we feel our job is to help you examine and understand how you see yourself in both your intra- and interpersonal relationships. We also know that self-esteem isn’t static or fixed. Our passion is to help you become aware of your ideal self-image, while exploring and creating change in values, beliefs and behaviors that align with and support your ideals. When your beliefs and feelings about yourself and others are in a positive, healthy place, you will likely feel free to accept challenges, seize opportunities and deal with difficult situations. You are also more likely to take responsibility when you make mistakes or if things don’t go well. Our clinicians realize there are many of you who did not develop a positive self-esteem, or you might have experienced situations that created a lot of self-doubt and loss of self-esteem and confidence. Metaphorically, this might mean your foundation was not strong or you did not receive necessary reinforcements before the rooms were built on top of it. It could also mean that some outside forces created cracks or damage. Sometimes the cracks in foundation or damaged rooms present as symptoms of depression, anxiety or even physical/medical symptoms. We will help you fill in those cracks and reinforce areas that need additional support. This could mean working with your current medical providers or referring you to appropriate clinicians. Other solutions involve understanding your mental health concerns/disorder, developing a lifelong plan for managing your symptoms, understanding the factors that influenced your self-esteem and working to repair challenging and reframing your thoughts, strengthening your communication skills or learning to create and maintain healthy boundaries.

I opened my own practice after discovering the limited availability/access to cares for these conditions which I adored learning about and working with for many years. Who am I? I was born in Kathmandu, Nepal. My worldview encompasses the East and the West. I incorporate the philosophy that one’s mind, body, and ā tman(Sanskrit : inner self or soul) need investigation when approaching one’s health. What am I? I am honored to be a physician with a concierge medical practice in St. Louis, Missouri. My medical education ensured that I continued to uphold my heritage and values. I am a dedicated osteopathic physician who is committed to my Eastern principles. I incorporate this into my daily life and encourage my patients to do the same. I have the solution to the broken healthcare system in the US. I have been frustrated with the system as a physician and more personally as a patient. I have felt vulnerable and helpless. I feel like the sacred bond between the physician and patient needs to be restored.

She is determined to help her clients Find Passion in Movement again. Not only is her practice centered around movement, but Danielle is also very excited to introduce helping patients navigate the healthcare system as a Patient Advocate for the hypermobile EDS & HSD population. Chris Nadler, PhD, LP
My name is Chris, and I am a therapist and psychoanalyst. I have EDS and work with people with EDS. Being in therapy or psychoanalysis, with an analyst who understands EDS, can be helpful in giving you the clarity of what is what, and helping you trust yourself, helping you to access medical care, and helping you to navigate medical settings where you have been dismissed and gaslit. You may be one of the many people with EDS who have been told that your bodily symptoms are “in your head,”—by both medical doctors and therapists. I work with people who have been told that their physical distress is psychological in origin, people who have tried their hardest to address their trauma and stress but haven’t found enough—or any—relief for their physical symptoms, people who have started to believe that what they really need to do is just work harder and harder. Over time, not only are there unresolved medical issues, but the physical symptoms can actual complicate your therapeutic work because if they don’t resolve, you start to feel like a failure for not working hard enough to resolve your trauma. Does this sound familiar? This ultimately makes it hard to do actual trauma work and hard to get the right medical care. Can you tell the difference between a flare-up and a period of depression? The difference between a mast cell reaction and a panic attack? Psychoanalytic work with me will give you the internal clarity both to address your actual trauma (because most likely you do have some of that too, if not just from dealing with the medical system), and give you the strength in your sense of self to know what is not your trauma.

Whealth
Whealth Hypermobility Program is an online initiative developed by movement professionals who themselves experience hypermobile EDS. Designed specifically for individuals with hypermobility, the program is crafted by experts with academic backgrounds in nursing and kinesiology, complemented by certifications in Pilates, personal training, and other movement disciplines. Comprehensive, Tailored Approach The program adopts a gentle, joint-by-joint methodology, guiding members to safely strengthen their bodies in a way that respects their unique needs. It emphasizes foundational principles such as posture, alignment, and biomechanics, ensuring that users build a solid base before progressing to more advanced movements. This gradual progression helps mitigate the risk of injury caused by excessive joint mobility. Interactive and Educational Experience Beyond exercise, Whealth Hypermobility Program offers a rich educational component. Members learn the intricacies of human anatomy through hand-painted illustrations presented on models demonstrating each movement. This visual approach enhances understanding of how each exercise affects the body, allowing users to engage with their physical health more deeply. Holistic Lifestyle Integration The program embraces the biopsychosocial model of pain by incorporating lifestyle modifications that address all aspects of well-being. Participants receive guidance on: •Nutrition & Hydration: Optimizing diet and fluid intake, education on how this correlates with pain, and comorbid conditions. •Stress Management: Techniques to reduce stress and its impact on pain. •Sleep Optimization: Strategies to improve sleep quality for better recovery. •Additional Lifestyle Factors: Other essential elements that contribute to pain management and improved function, including education on the science of pain. Supportive Community Environment Members benefit from live coaching calls and a dedicated, members-only community. Here, coaches provide personalized feedback on movements, answer questions, and foster an encouraging environment. This supportive network, comprised of both peers and experts, creates a space where individuals can share experiences and thrive together. Enhancing, Not Replacing, Medical Care It’s important to note that the Whealth Hypermobility Program is not intended to replace professional medical care. Instead, it is designed to complement traditional healthcare by filling in the gaps where medical providers often have limited time or insurance constraints that hinder comprehensive patient education. This program empowers individuals to take ownership of various aspects of their health, providing actionable strategies to improve overall outcomes while working alongside their existing medical treatment plans. Overall, Whealth Hypermobility Program offers a thoughtfully designed, multifaceted approach that empowers individuals with hypermobility to understand, manage, and improve their physical well-being.

Creative Thriving Healthcare - Seattle
Tasha is licensed as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (type of Advanced Practice Nurse, similar to a Nurse Practitioner) and sees patients who are located in Oregon or Washington via Telehealth or in person at our Portland Oregon location. Please reach out via our website for scheduling and additional information: <https://www.creativethrivingllc.com/> Creative Thriving was established to meet the needs of those who have felt inadequately supported in their prior healthcare experiences. Creative Thriving is not a primary care provider, rather we serve as a specialist for those needing additional support. Our primary focus is Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and conditions that commonly co-occur such as mast cell disorders, dysautonomia, gastrointestinal concerns, food sensitivities, nutritional deficiencies, fatigue, sleep disturbances, and more. Many of our patients are also autistic, adhd, have various types of disabilities, and are members of the LGBTQ+ community. Tasha’s work with patients involves medical interventions (e.g. medications, labs, imaging), but also focuses on education, creative problem solving, and practical lifestyle interventions to help you feel your best. Tasha is personally living with hEDS + commonly co-occurring conditions and is neurodivergent, so they bring both personal and professional experiences to their work with patients. Tasha has completed the Ehlers-Danlos Society ECHO Clinician program and continues to seek additional trainings to expand their knowledge on EDS & related conditions. Loud and Clear Speech Therapy PLLC
Individuals with hypermobility spectrum conditions like hEDS (hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome) often experience voice difficulties and swallowing challenges that are frequently dismissed or misunderstood by medical providers. In collaboration with you and your care team, we offer targeted therapy that accounts for the unique impacts of joint instability and connective tissue differences and puts you at the center of your care and symptom management. Specialized care for the voice and upper airway seeks to improve vocal control, reduce strain, manage throat discomfort, and improve swallowing ease and efficiency. Clare Henderson (they/she) is a specialist SLP with both professional and lived experience with hEDS. They have worked in voice/upper airway practice exclusively since 2020, and in acute care settings prior to that. She commonly sees clients with complex medical histories and chronic illness, and also specializes in gender-affirming voice care. She enjoys working with singers in a variety of styles, including those who “just” sing in the shower. Their practice is neurodiversity affirming, client-centered, holistic, and inclusive of the client’s culture, values, and identities. Your voice matters <3
