(NCCAOM) Specializing in Sports Acupuncture, Trigger Point Therapy, Hyper-Mobility Care & Stress-Related Disorders Shane Rutkowski is a licensed acupuncturist and former professional dancer based in Union Square, NYC. During his career as a performer, acupuncture was a game-changer—helping him recover from injuries and surgeries efficiently, and ultimately inspiring him to pursue it professionally. Shane earned his Master’s degree from the Tri-State College of Acupuncture and has been practicing since 2019. With deep respect for both Western orthopedic principles and East Asian medicine , Shane integrates multiple styles of acupuncture to deliver highly individualized care. Whether addressing chronic pain, mobility issues, injury recovery, or stress-related disorders , his approach always prioritizes the whole person—balancing immediate relief with long-term resilience.
