About
My mental health clinic is telehealth with a focus on supporting patients in advocacy and coping with chronic conditions. I address medical trauma, differentiating when “anxiety” or “depression” is not a mental health problem but due to medical condition, and building effective communication in the context of dealing with ableism. I also have a focus on neurodivergence, such as ADHD and Autism, and LGBTQIA+ needs. I practice in Maryland and Maine, with Minnesota being added in fall of 2025.
