Our practice focuses on addressing trauma, occupational stress, chronic health conditions and anxiety. Over the years, we have become increasingly interested in the resilience of the nervous system, people’s innate capacity to heal and ways to come back into vitality. We employ a wide range of therapeutic techniques including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitization & reprocessing (EMDR), somatic experiencing (SE), mindfulness, acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) and insight-oriented approaches. We have therapists on our team licensed in Maryland, Washington DC, Virginia and New York.
