I work with patients who have Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (EDS) and are dealing with chronic dislocations, pain, cervical instability, headaches, and paresthesia. I also support individuals with Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), which often occurs alongside EDS. For these patients, I develop and implement postural grading exercise programs and cardiovascular training to alleviate symptoms and enhance overall function.
