I strive to provide individualized, 1:1 care with a focus on restoration and quality of life. As a PT with hEDS and 2 kids with hEDS, I experience many of the same challenges as my clients. I strive to listen to my clients as they guide our treatments. I follow this model, as only the client knows their body and needs best. I work to provide clients with training to get through the current needs, provide education for long term planning, and provide resources and recommendations for products to improve joint protection and quality of life.
