More Spoons Nutrition is a neurodivergent-owned, telehealth nutrition practice based in Portland, with medical nutrition therapy services available to clients in seven states. The practice is explicitly neuro-affirming, weight-neutral, trauma-informed, and LGBTQIA+ inclusive, with a stated focus on clients whose needs fall outside standard dietary approaches. Conditions addressed include Ehlers-Danlos syndrome and connective tissue disorders, POTS, mast cell activation syndrome, SIBO and other GI issues, food intolerances, ARFID, and disordered eating, with care built around physiology and lived experience rather than weight targets.
