We also offer Yoga, Corrective Exercise and Functional Movement instruction, Qi-Gong as well as other fitness classes and private sessions. Jo, Andrea, and the team at Joga, have devoted their time, research and continuing education on increasing the quality of life in the EDS/HSD and chronic pain community.
