Inspire Health is a multi-disciplinary studio in Buckhead, Atlanta that blends physical therapy, STOTT Pilates-based rehab, massage, and nutrition under one roof. Founder Sara Baker, PT, MSPT, OCS, is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Specialist and STOTT PILATES Rehab Instructor Trainer whose clinical focus explicitly includes Ehlers-Danlos syndrome, hypermobility spectrum disorders, and other connective tissue conditions — and she lives with hypermobility herself. Every PT session is one-on-one, and the broader team has taken additional coursework in hypermobility syndromes, scoliosis, and fascial health, with Pilates training to match.
