Innovative Therapy & Wellness is a privately owned business located in Virginia Beach, VA. Our 60 minute, one-on-one treatments provide a great environment for treating chronic pain and complex therapy cases. Historically, we have treated EDS successfully using a mix of advance manual therapy skills, training in stabilization and movement therapies, dry needling, and kinesio taping. We have a state of the art facility with Stott Pilates equipment, Class IV Laser therapy, Infrared Sauna, in-house personal training and massage therapy. We also offer prenatal and postpartum evaluation and treatment therapies with our certified pelvic floor therapist.
