I am a licensed mental health counselor based in Florida! I work with many folks with chronic health conditions – including EDS, hypermobility, and many related conditions! If you have survived trauma, are neurodivergent, disabled or chronically ill, queer/LGBTQ+, or have attachment or complex trauma that needs an alternative, holistic, or somatic approach we could be a wonderful fit for therapy! I take an affirming and relational approach to mental health care and strive to create a comfortable, empathetic, and inclusive therapeutic space that celebrates diversity, promotes acceptance, and encourages vulnerability. I offer individual, couples, and group therapy – in-person in St. Pete or virtual in Florida. If you are seeking community, I offer a young adult virtual chronic health support group for those in Florida! I support clients in cultivating a cohesive relationship with the self and foster effective communication between their body, mind, and feelings. I practice trauma-informed and I draw from various therapeutic modalities including relational, DBT, attachment therapy, somatic therapy, queer and neurodiversity-affirming care, IFS, EMDR, ACT, CPT, CBT, & more.
