She has extensive experience treating patients with connective tissue disorders and complex/persistent pain syndromes and has comprehensive training to identify drivers of pain and dysfunction through the Integrated System Model, Integrated Manual Therapy, and STOTT Rehab Pilates, limiting the risk of over-treatment that can lead to rebound pain. Cristiana has HSD and uses naturopathic care, Pilates, and physical therapy to maintain an active lifestyle.
